What a qualifying session it was at the 2019 Canadian Grand Prix. First the battle for coming out of Q1 which took the two Williams, two Force Indias and a surprise entry – Kimi Raikkonen. In Q2, Kevin Magnussen spun and crush heavily right at the very end, spoiling chances for Red Bull ace Max Verstappen who ended up qualifying 11th. In Q3, an even bigger surprise was given to us. Sebastian Vettel, driving his red scarlet Ferrari, came out of nowhere to take the pole from Lewis Hamilton.

Not just Vettel, his engineer’s reaction was pure joy. It shows what this pole means for the team. For Sebastian Vettel. With his first pole position, Vettel will be hoping to make the 2019 Canadian Grand Prix his first victory of the season as well.
