Bianca Andreescu and Eugenie Bouchard facing injury issues

2019 US Open Champion Bianca was in great form and was in the top 5 in the rankings in just the 3rd year of her professional career. She had a horrific knee injury that forced her to sit out for nearly a year. And the return was not as strong as expected.

After missing out on the complete 2020 season, Bianca Andreescu managed to reach last seasons’ Miami Open final but then retired mid-match against Ashleigh Barty.
