Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki was a constant performer throughout her career. The 31-year-old has won 30 WTA singles titles and was world number 1 for 67 weeks. The Dane had a career full of ups and downs but never gave up on her dreams. In 2018, she won the Australian Open, her first Grand Slam title in 43 attempts. After a wonderful career, she declared a shocking retirement at a very early age of 29, back in 2019.

Wozniacki married former NBA star David Lee in June 2019 and has a daughter named Olivia. Recently she took to her Twitter account to announce another good news.

While the 31-year-old was a constant performer all along, she was slightly out of luck when it came to winning Grand Slam events. The Dane came close to winning the US Open twice in the years 2009 and 2014, respectively. However, she failed to win the finals on both occasions.

She finally managed to lay her hands on a Grand Slam trophy in the 2018 Australian Open, where the 31-year-old defeated Simona Halep to clinch the title. With the victory, she reclaimed the world’s number one position.

Apart from tennis, the Dane also helps raise awareness of rheumatoid arthritis, a condition that causes stiff and painful joints. The 31-year-old herself suffered from the disease back in the year 2018. While the former tennis star is perfectly fine now, we wish her well for a new future with another little one waiting to join her family.
