However, recently, a video shared by the Reddit co-founder highlighted the goofy side of the couple. And it was their little daughter’s reaction, more than Ohanian’s commentary, that stole the show.

Similarly, this time too, he took to TikTok and gave a glimpse of their wholesome family time to the fans.

When Serena Williams’ daughter was startled by their ‘goofy’ avatars

A video shared by Ohanian on TikTok took everyone by surprise with their ‘goofy avatar’. In the video, Serena is seen trying her hands at a gymnastics toy, trying to get a perfect dismount, with the Reddit co-founder providing commentary in the background. However, at the end, when Serena was able to achieve it, it was their daughter, who was startled by all the commotion her parents made.

Both Williams and Ohanian were ecstatic and started jumping around with their hands in the air. But the celebrations got the attention of Ohanian Jr, who was busy playing on her own. And consequently, she, with a surprised and curious expression, was peeking from behind, trying to find the source that caused all the commotion. From her expression, it was evident that Olympia wasn’t impressed by the ruckus created by her parents.

In the beginning, the 23-time Grand Slam champion is seen pressing a button to get the toy moving, with Ohanian relating the performance to the US gymnastics Olympics team in the upcoming games. He said, “…not enough…That’s not gonna be enough to beat the Romanians.” However, Serena was unable to make a perfect dismount, to which Ohanian said, “Fell off… Guess there will be a second go.” 

When the American tennis legend tried again and failed, Ohanian commented, “You have the momentum..u have got good energy… owwww. quite terrible this …. broke few bones..but fight back..” He further added, ” I can’t thrust enough how much this Olympic team misses the absence of Simone Biles.” 

Getting back to the gymnastics toy, Ohanian was impressed by the progress Serena was making. When she finally got the perfect dismount, the Reddit cofounder said, “I‘ve never seen something like this. ohhhh, he’s done it.. finally, I’m so glad …possible after one thousand dismount attempts.”
