Comedian Chris Rock, known for his razor-sharp wit and tongue-in-cheek humor, took aim at Kim Kardashian’s ex-sister-in-law, Blac Chyna, during a recent performance. However, Rock’s barbs weren’t limited to just Chyna, as he used the opportunity to elevate the legendary Serena Williams as an example of true excellence. In his latest 68-minute Netflix Special, it would be an understatement to say that Rock did not do justice to his audience.

During a 10-minute warm-up, Rock shared his thoughts on the Four Easiest Ways to Get Attention. The first, according to Rock, is to “Show your a**.” He used Blac Chyna as an example of this. Later on, elaborating on the third way to get attention, Rock talked about excellence and used Serena as an example of this. He compared Chyna to Serena and made his point clear- what Serena does is difficult to do, hence Chyna signed up for easy ways to get attention.

Chris Rock must definitely have snubbed Chyna saying that she has more followers than Gayle King simply by showing off her derriere. Rock clarifies that this can be done “even if you don’t got an a**,” making it clear that he was referring to the act of flaunting one’s body for attention. “That’s the world we live in,” he says. “Black Chyna has more followers than Gayle King, ” as his audience doubled in laughter he continues, “’cause Chyna is showing that a**!”

The second way to get attention, according to Rock, is to “Be infamous. Do some f***** up shit.”

The third easiest way to get attention, as per Rock, is to “Be excellent.” He cites Serena Williams as an example of excellence. However, Rock cautions that being excellent requires hard work and dedication, making it the hardest of the easiest ways to get attention.

“Like Serena Williams, the greatest tennis player to ever play the game.” As his audience creates a roar with their applause at this statement, Rock continues, “Absolutely excellent! Being excellent will get you attention. But, it’s hard being excellent, you got to get up in the morning. You gotta work out, you gotta practice. It is much easier to show your ass.”

Chris spoke of Serena’s excellence more than once and the audience really resonated with his ideas. Finally, Rock suggested that the fourth easiest way to get attention is to be a victim.

Do these comments really stand?

While Rock’s comments about Blac Chyna may have garnered some laughs, his comparison to Serena Williams was a testament to the tennis superstar’s incredible talent and hard work. Rock’s comments may have been tongue-in-cheek, but they serve as a reminder of the importance of hard work and dedication in achieving excellence. While it may be easy to garner attention through sensationalism or victimhood, true greatness requires effort and perseverance. Serena Williams is a shining example of this fact, and her achievements both on and off the court have inspired countless people around the world.

As for Blac Chyna, while Rock might use her as an example of the easiest way to get attention, her own achievements go beyond that. She has built a successful career as a model, reality TV star, and entrepreneur, and has used her platform to advocate for causes such as body positivity and mental health awareness.
