Naomi Osaka Announces Exciting New Addition to Her Levi’s Collection

Over the past few years, Naomi Osaka has been one of the top players on the women’s tour. Her first Grand Slam title came when she defeated the American legend, Serena Williams, in the finals of the US Open in 2018. Since then, she has gone on to add another three more major titles to take her tally to four Grand Slam titles.

Apart from her on-court achievements, Osaka is also a successful businesswoman. She is one of the highest-paid athletes in the world. Recently, she announced her second collaboration with Levi’s.

Naomi Osaka partners with Levi’s

The former World Number 1 announced her second major fashion collaboration with the fashion brand, Levi’s. It is a special moment for the Japanese star as she has designed all the pieces herself. However, this is not the first venture in fashion for Osaka. She has been into fashion designing with her sister since her youth days and had previously collaborated with the Japanese label, ADEAM.

Further, talking about her latest collaboration, Osaka said, “I feel like my personal style is a pretty good mix of both sporty and feminine, and I think this collection reflects that. I wanted to include some pieces that were wearable for everyone, so we designed the Naomi ’93 Jean and the Artist Coat for that reason.”

Further, she added, “By contrast, the mermaid skirt and halter top feel flirty and feminine, and the bomber jacket is a cool sporty piece to round it all out.”

Osaka to join Serena Williams in Toronto

Earlier this week, Serena Williams announced her next tournament after the Wimbledon Championships. She’ll be playing at the WTA 1000 National Bank Open presented by Rogers in Toronto, Canada.
