With a wild card into the U.S. Open, Serena Williams and Venus Williams will compete in doubles. The duo is also one of the most recent teams to sweep all four major doubles titles at the same time, having won Wimbledon in 2009, the US Open in 2009, the Australian Open in 2010, and the French Open in 2010. Since Serena announced her retirement a few months ago, all eyes will be on her as she is ready to play in her last doubles tournament.

However, they primarily focused on playing singles for a while, particularly Serena. However, the sisters have teamed up once more to re-create their magic on the hard courts of their home Grand Slam tournament, as the 23-time Grand Slam champion prepares to retire.
