Ohanian surprised his wife with billboards of her and their daughter, announcing Serena the “Greatest Momma Of All Time” on I-10 highway in Palm Springs, California. The highway was close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, where Williams was to pick up her racquet after her maternity leave in 2018.

Williams suffered complications after giving birth to her daughter

Following the birth of Olympia, Serena revealed in an interview with Vogue that she experienced postpartum complications for two months, including tiny blood clots in her lungs and the reopening of her c-section wound. When they opened the wound, they discovered a hematoma, which then flooded her abdomen, according to her interview for the magazine.
