Recently, the 42-year-old opened up to fans on an Instagram “Ask away your Tennis ?’s” session, connecting and answering their curious queries in a fun-filled discourse.

So when asked about her goals for 2023, what did the elder Williams sister has to say?

‘Abs’ and being ‘smart’ is on Venus Williams’ 2023 hit list

Recently, during a Q&A on her business Instagram account EleVen by Venus Williams, when inquired by fans about her target for next year, Williams was very precise on what she wants to focus upon. In answer to the query, “What are you hopeful for in 2023?’; the 7-time Grand Slam champion had an amusing reply.

“This sounds when, but I want ripped abs. I do! I do! and I think I pulled myself up with my abs routine recently. But I think I need to pull back,” she revealed.

However, this is not the only thing that the legendary athlete is hoping for, she further added “But, actually what I want in 2023 is to work as smart as possible and to really do things on a bigger scale and in a smarter way. That’s what I’ve been really thinking about in my own life. And there are a lot of other things too, but that sums it up with abs.”

The Elder Williams sibling is surely a smart entrepreneur and player. Moreover, the 23-time grand Slam champion, Serena Williams claimed that she got her best advice from her best friend and elder sister.

The younger sibling is busy exploring the world of business, the 7-time grand slam champion has supported her throughout her journey as the Williams Sisters expand their reign outside the tennis courts. 

Although Serena has bid adieu to professional tennis, Venus is still going strong and is in no mood to say goodbye to the tennis court yet. Moreover, the 42-year-old is looking for a wild card entry to the Australian Open.
