The USA tennis team failed to win even a single medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Surprisingly, this has happened for the first time in the last 101 years that the nation has returned home without a medal in tennis. Fans missed both Serena and Venus Williams there, as both of them have made their nation proud in the previous Olympic Games.
In a recent video, Venus Williams updated the fans about her and Serena Williams’ health conditions. She claimed that both of them are doing fine after the Wimbledon Championships 2021 and are now preparing for the US Open 2021.

“We’re doing great. We both are just getting as healthy as we can and getting ready for the US Open,” said Venus in the video.
Both Venus and Serena Williams didn’t play well at Wimbledon 2021. While Venus got eliminated in the second round of the Grand Slam, Serena injured her leg in the very first round and couldn’t even complete a single set at the Grand Slam.

Even though Venus mentioned that she and her sister are doing great at the moment, she also reflected that one can’t control their health. Venus is 40 right now and thus, it is difficult for her to predict anything about the future.
“Thats all we can do, right? Sometimes you can’t control your health,” added the 7-time Grand Slam champion.
