Pro wrestling is a very competitive business and stars often move to rival promotions if given a better offer or in case of creative differences. As in the case of Cody Rhodes who first left WWE in 2016 and then joined AEW in 2019, only to return to the WWE in 2022. According to sources he left AEW as he and Tony Khan were unable to agree upon the new contract.

But while some wrestlers leave, others have been talking really well about Tony Khan’s approach towards his talent. One such AEW superstar pledged his loyalty to the brand so much that he plans to be with them forever.

Tony Khan Set to Become “Very Profitable” With AEW, Timeline Revealed After $100 Million Investment

He recently declared that he intends on being with AEW for as long as he can because he has complete freedom over here. That in addition to Tony Khan prioritizing his wrestlers over business. Although he recently spoke out about the TNT Championship losing its value, he still appreciates the brand because of Khan’s management.

In his recent appearance on The Jon Chuckery Show, Allin spoke about how he doesn’t take working with Tony Khan and AEW for granted. He added that in AEW, he is 100% himself and not putting on a gimmick.

He said, “I can’t say enough good things about working with Tony Khan. It baffles me that people can take it for granted. I don’t know if people realize how fortunate we are to be wrestling at such a high level with such an open-minded owner. What you see out there is 100% Darby Allin. Nobody tells me how to walk, talk, or act. It’s 100% me.” Allin is confident in Khan’s ability as a wrestling promoter.

He even said that he has so much love for the brand that plans to stay with AEW forever. He added, “I love AEW so much, I’m not playing games. I’m not going to be like, ‘What if I went somewhere else?’ No, I’m just being real, Darby Allin is going to live and die in AEW.” This is unlike AEW World Champion MJF, who has teased jumping ship in the past.

Hope Triple H is paying attention to this as this might attract a lot of WWE talent to the other side of the wrestling fence. Going back to Darby Allin, come 27th August, he teams up with the legendary Sting at AEW’s PPV ‘All In’.
