Tony Khan’s promotion has been soaring high in terms of signing big talents to the roster. Since its inception, AEW made a noise that they are capable of giving the biggest wrestling promotion in the world tough competition. They even brought an array of former WWE superstars under their banner in the past. That said, Khan couldn’t get hold of the legendary Hulk Hogan yet.

Hogan used to be a brand under WWE during his heyday in the promotion. Leaving a decorated prolonged in-ring career behind, the 69-year-old hung up his boots back in 2012. But it seems like Hogan is still up for some last dance inside the squared circle.

With multiple health complications, the immortal one hinted at a retirement match at WWE during a recent interview. But does an AEW joining also seem to be on the card? Well, the current AEW tag teammates Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal recently weighed in on that possibility.

During an exclusive interview with Wrestlinginc. co, Hogan’s former rival Jarrett didn’t rule out a potential AEW ring debut for Hogan, referring to the industry catchline, never say never. Jarret noted, ”So, you would have said, would Ric Flair ever go to the WWF way back when? Would Sting ever go to the WWF? Never gonna happen! Would Sting ever wrestle in TNA? Never gonna happen! It always ends up it is professional wrestling. And that’s the good thing. That’s why I just think we’ve always been an anomaly. Obviously, we’re not true sports or pure entertainment. It’s very, very competitive. But at the end of the day, the fan base drives so much of our industry and that’s what makes it exciting. You never know what’s gonna happen.”

Lethal also seconded him, adding a bit of a nostalgic element to it. ”What a wild world that I grew up watching on television, Hulk Hogan. And now on the flip side, full circle. Everything comes around. He is watching me on television. Isn’t that wild?”, the black Machismo exclaimed.
