AEW Rampage by Tony Khan is seeing some new developments. The latest episode of Rampage, airing from BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Feb. 23, delivered its usual dose of AEW excitement at 10 pm ET on TNT. A highlight of the night was AEW EVPs Matthew & Nicholas Jackson stepping into the ring to face Jonny Lyons and Cappuccino Jones.
During the match, they paid homage to a wrestling legend with a hilarious twist, renaming a historic move in a nod to AEW’s owner. Catch the Young Bucks’ new EVP gimmick as they put their unique spin on wrestling history.
Fans were, meanwhile, thrilled with all the matches tabled, and there’s even more excitement as Collision is back on Saturdays. AEW’s first weekend show featured big names in a fast-paced tag team match, with even executive vice presidents in action this time.

The Young Bucks faced the Lyons and Jones and went on to win the match even. During the match, they performed a special move by Meltzer that has become rather popular. More so, they even gave the move a new name. In a recent Twitter post by a user named Drainmaker, he posted a clip of the finishing move.
The captions were, “Matthew & Nicholas Jackson have renamed the Meltzer Driver… to TONY KHAN DRIVER. OMG LMFAOOOOOOO. Full blown EVP douchebaggery.” The Meltzer Driver, named in honor of Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s Dave Meltzer, incorporates a full front flip by the springboarding wrestler before the spike. It is a great EVP gimmick.

Matthew used a move called a super kick fake out and then sprayed Jones with DDT. Nicholas, wearing a hat, kicked Lyons in the head outside the ring. Cappuccino Jones got knocked down by a move called a discus lariat. The Bucks won by finishing him off with the Tony Khan Driver move.
After this epic move, something more interesting happened when Tony Schiavone was called out in the ring. They even went on to fine the referee for a rookie mistake.
