AEW is constantly trying to one-up the WWE whenever it gets a chance. But what Tony Khan did last night on Dynamite just got the fans all confused. Mid Dynamite, Khan appeared to make a huge announcement. But after hearing the announcement, fans were dumbstruck as to why it was even called “huge”.

Some fans felt that AEW could have just put out a tweet stating the same.

On Dynamite last night, during the show, Khan appeared on the jumbotron claiming to have a huge announcement for the fans. He then went on to announce that the tickets for All In 2024 at the Wembley Stadium in London will go on sale from 1st December. That’s quite early, considering All In is almost 10 months away.

He said, “It’s the start of the holiday season, and I can’t think of a better gift to give the wrestling fans and your family, your friends, your loved ones, anyone you care about than a ticket to next year’s AEW All In, coming up August 25th, 2024. Tickets are on sale one month from now, December 1st”.

Possible Heartbreak for Tony Khan as Triple H Is Currently Favorite to Win a Prestigious Wrestling Award

He then continued by saying that fans don’t need to wait for December 1st. They can just sign up right now and get the best tickets early. This irked the fans a bit as for them, this was not a huge announcement. They felt that this was something that could have just been mentioned on social media.

And obviously, fans didn’t lose this opportunity to troll Tony Khan on Twitter.

Fans bash Khan for selling All In tickets too early

All In 2024 takes place on 25th August. And the very next week WWE will also be having its PLE Bash In Berlin in Germany on 31st August. WWE is definitely no competition as far as ticket sales are concerned, as the capacity of the Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin is just 17,000. Hence, fans were totally dumbfounded when Tony Khan announced that the tickets for All In would go on sale from 1st December.

One fan said that rather than making an official announcement, AEW could have just tweeted the same.

Another fan connected this to Khan’s last announcement of Ric Flair as Sting’s retirement gift.

But most fans were shocked as to why the tickets were being sold this early.

One take at a time

I still vividly remember the time when WWE VHS's used to be played on cable movie channels every Sunday(early 90s in India). And that's where my love for the WWE began. My love and passion for pro wrestling only grew over the years in the form of a mini collection of cards, stickers, tees, action figures and even a WWE Championship belt signed by the 'Big Red Machine' Kane himself (talk about getting lucky).
