Roman Reigns has continued on his journey of demolition in the wrestling ring for over three years now. When he returned to SmackDown on October 10th, he was acknowledged by everyone except LA Knight at Tulsa. On the episode of SmackDown on October 20th, LA Knight and Roman Reigns signed the contract for the WWE Undisputed Title match at Crown Jewel.

The Tribal Chief faced The Megastar at Riyadh in front of an excited live audience of 22,000. Though the match started in a fast-paced manner with Knight taking on Reigns aggressively, Reigns came back to take control of the match. However, mid-way through the match, the crowd started to boo the Head of the Table.

Roman Reigns and LA Knight faced off against each other at the main event of the Crown Jewel PLE. The Tribal Chief continued his slow methodical style of wrestling while enjoying a beat down of his opponents. But, it only frustrated the audience further as they started to boo him.

Wrestle Ops tweeted a picture of a surprised Roman Reigns on X on Nov 4th with the caption, “You can’t wrestle” chants at Roman Reigns. The tweet was made on November 4th and was a reference to the main event match between Roman Reigns and LA Knight for the WWE Undisputed Championship at Crown Jewel.

The crowd was cheering for LA Knight who received a massive pop from the capacity crowd at Riyadh. Reigns continued to taunt the crowd by signalling them to shut up as they continued to boo him.

Despite the crowd heavily backing Knight and directing all sorts of chants at Reigns, the champion had a last laugh as he walked out of the arena with his title reign intact. With his recent win, he has extended his title run and stands only behind Hulk Hogan, Bob Backlund, and Burno Sammartino.

Roman Reigns gloats on social media after a scrawny victory

After defeating Knight with the help of his finishing move, Spear, Reigns took to social media to gloat about his win. Though, it was not an easy win for Reigns as he had to take help from Jimmy Uso for a successful title defence.

Despite a scrawny win, Reigns posted on X on November 4th a few pictures of the match with the caption, “Untouchable”. It was a reference to the long title run Reigns has which includes two WWE Championships. Roman Reigns has also not lost a singles match against Baron Corbin in 2019.
