Ric Flair Compares Michael Jordan’s ‘The Last Dance’ with The Undertaker’s ‘The Last Ride’

The Undertaker to the wrestling industry is what Michael Jordan is to the basketball industry – The G.O.A.T. But, can these two athletes be compared considering the vast difference in what they do? Ric Flair believes so!
During a session on his podcast, The Nature Boy compared Taker and Jordan, but not as athletes but as the series produced about them!

“We were all watching The Last Dance and The Last Ride at the same time. I found The Last Ride with The Undertaker equally as compelling as The Last Dance with Michael Jordan.”
One of the reasons Ric Flair could judge The Last Dance was because he personally knew some of the players on the 90s’ Chicago Bulls, especially Michael Jordan.
“I know all the characters for both. I know Michael, I know Rodman, I knew all those guys. They all came in and hung out at parties I’ve had in Charlotte and that before. When Michaels was down there with The Bulls in town, Rodman and Pippen and all those guys.”
On the other hand, his judgement of The Last Ride stemmed from having spent some time of his career working with The Undertaker.
“I’ve also lived and had the opportunity and the good fortune of wrestling Mark [The Undertaker] and being part with him socially and having fun.”

During the same podcast, The Nature expressed his true feelings for The Phenom.
“He’s a unique individual. And, he deserves everything he has in life. He’s paid the price, he’s worked hard, he’s worked injured. I can’t say enough good about Mark.”

Undoubtedly, Flair is correct. The Undertaker gave thirty years of his life to WWE. He rarely broke character and even when he was in public, he was dressed in all black.
