“A Few Of the Items Were Buried with Children”- Mick Foley Reveals Why He’s Not a Huge Collector of His Memorabillia

While a character consists of many essential aspects, some of them make it distinctive. One such item was Mick Foley a.k.a. Mankind’s face mask. He also had the Catus Jack print jacket that distinguished him in fans’ eyes.
Now, when someone has such extraordinary elements that make them stand out, the common expectation is that these will go up as prized possessions somewhere in the house, like memorabilia. Surprisingly, Mick Foley revealed he doesn’t actually have anything around his house which shows that a former pro-wrestler lives there.

“I don’t think there’s a single display in the house that would indicate a wrestler lived there. I donated a lot of the things to charity. A few of the items were buried with children. The original Rock ‘N’ Sock Connection jacket, it’s buried with a young man in West Virginia. Mr. Rocko buried with a young man in Staten Island.
“I think that’s about as flattering as it gets to be asked if you’d be okay if a child was buried with the things I gave him. I’m proud of the fact that I did raise a lot of money for good causes or I would just give some of my best memorabilia to people who needed a little lift.”

Mick Foley did not like the Mankind Iconic face mask
During the same clip, Mick Foley revealed that he did not like wearing that mask. He revealed that the mask would make him uncomfortable, and he had to rub something on his moustache to reduce the uneasiness.
