Hailing from The United Kingdom, Hayter is the current Undisputed AEW Women’s World Champion. And she has come a long way before achieving this feat. Professional wrestlers often tend to go through extreme hardships and pain before achieving the epitome of success.

And even so, not every wrestler can reach the top of the mountain. Still, they give in their best, without giving up. While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Hayter revealed how a few years ago she was a homeless person in a foreign land, and on the very edge.

Hayter stated that while she was in Japan, there was no work. And, the company asked her to return home with the promise that they would bring her back.

However, she had no home. She said, “I left, but I didn’t have anywhere to live. I remember saying, ‘Holy s—, I’m homeless.’ I had nowhere to go and no idea what I was going to do.”

However, she was lucky enough to have friends there with whom she crashed and slept on their couch. However, long gone are those days of struggle, and now she holds the World Championship title at AEW.
