In 2024, WWE is gearing up for thrilling ventures as Triple H actively prepares to break the “Forbidden Door” again, exploring exciting collaborations with Kairi Sane‘s former Japanese wrestling promotion STARDOM. As Chief Operating Officer, Triple H’s influence has already seen WWE break away from their decade old traditions and this could be another step in that direction.

The recent partnership with All-Japan Pro Wrestling announced just before Christmas, signals a new era with NXT involved. Now, according to Dave Meltzer in Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE expressed interest in working with Stardom.

Meltzer said, “Besides the new deal working with All Japan, WWE has also expressed interest in working with Stardom. Nothing is finalized that we know of regarding that but WWE is confirmed to be interested.” Showcasing the company’s commitment to expanding collaborations beyond boundaries.

Katsuhiko Nakajima defends the title against Kento Miyahara at AJPW’s December 31 event, with the surprise NXT star unmasked as Charlie Dempsey.
