On October 10th, 2023, fans gathered to see Bron Breaker and Carmelo Hayes face off against each other. John Cena was present at Hayes’s side whereas Paul Heyman made his presence known to support Bron Breakker. Hayes came out as the winner which sent the fans in the stands into pandemonium. However, the festivities didn’t end there as the WWE Universe witnessed the return of a wrestling icon. After making his appearance on NXT, The Undertaker took to social media to send a message to everyone.

You don’t mess with The Taker

Hours after making his appearance on NXT, the 58-year-old Hall of Famer took to X (former Twitter) to send a message along with a picture. In the picture, an exhausted Bron Breaker who was just chokeslammed by The Deadman moments ago can be seen. He wrote a five-word message saying “The Baddest of Them All.” This message had to do with the in-ring interaction between The Undertaker and Bron Breakker. After Hayes came out as a winner, his celebration was cut short as the frustrated Breakker ambushed Hayes with a spear. 

After this, Breaker took the microphone from injured Hayes and told him and the audience, “Win or lose, there is only one badass in WWE”. That’s when The Undertaker made his way to the ring on a motorcycle wearing his biker outfit and bandana. After making his way inside the ring, he looked at him with his dead cold eyes and told him, “Bron, I’ve been watching you for a long time. And one day you’re going to be a very special talent. It’s just one thing — it ain’t today.” and then hit him with a choke slam.

Amidst Heated NXT vs. AEW Battle, John Cena Appears on Both Companies’ TV Networks on the Same Day

Although it is unclear whether he is here to stay or not, one thing is clear. The Undertaker was here to support a young talent. And while everyone was thinking that Trick Williams was getting the WWE push as he had a match with Dominik Mysterio, another star might clinch the spotlight.

NXT’s future gets a glowing endorsement from The Undertaker

After he chokeslammed Breakker, he went to pick up an injured Hayes. He then shook hands with him and hugged him. Hayes has been getting the spotlight at NXT as John Cena was the star’s manager for the event. He has been guiding the 29-year-old star and was seen on multiple occasions interacting with him backstage. With The Undertaker coming out to support him, fans are speculating that Hayes might emerge as the next breakout star. However, Breakker is not behind. 

We saw Heyman hyping up Breakker before his match with Hayes. As Breakker said that he was ready to take on anyone, he left for the showdown. As he left, Heyman was seen calling The Tribal Chief and might be informing him that the recruit is worthy of being included in the stable. But not just one. Heyman was there to recruit two new members. He was seen convincing Dwayne Johnson’s daughter, Simone Johnson, aka Ava Raine to join the heel faction. But only time will tell whether fans will get to see the recruits any time soon.
