Few stars have made the resounding impact coming from NXT as the current RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. After being called up to the main roster in 2020, the EST has become a main event star in the company within a short span of time.

The former SmackDown Women’s Champion has wrestled and beaten some of the bigger names in WWE. Moreover, she became one of the handful of women to headline WrestleMania. Now, Belair has another accolade to her name, which she proudly shared on her social media.

Belair’s short but spectacular career in pro wrestling keeps on rising. Her charisma, in-ring ability, and connection with the audience make her top drawer female star in the current generation of stars. This in itself is commendable given the talent in WWE’s women’s division.

Not only WWE, but Belair’s impact has been far-reaching in pro wrestling. ESPN named her the ‘Female Superstar of the Year’ as the year draws to an end.

Bianca Belair wants to get even better

Nicknamed the EST of NXT during her days with the developmental brand, Belair quickly established herself as the EST of WWE. After her main roster debut in 2020, she won the Royal Rumble in 2021. She became only the second African-American wrestler to do it.

She then made further history when she headlined Night One of WrestleMania 37 with Sasha Banks and beat her to win the SmackDown Women’s championship. That year PWI ranked her as number one among the top 150 female wrestlers.

Come 2022, she has further elevated her star power. With wins over Becky Lynch and Bayley to add to her victory over Sasha Banks, she has beaten three of the four horsewomen.

Not many female stars can say that. After losing her SmackDown Women’s title to Lynch at SummerSlam 2021, she defeated her at WrestleMania this year to win the RAW Women’s Championship which she has since held.

After being named ESPN Female Wrestler of the Year beating off competition from competitors all over the world, Belair took to Twitter to reflect on her last three years and what has she achieved. She thanked the fans as well as her rivals and looked forward to 2023.

Belair wrote, “I’ve been seeing a lot of 2022 year accolades! 2021 what a year. 2022 an even better year. 2023 keep that same energy.”

What Belair has achieved in a short span of time is nothing but astonishing. In just three years, she has been involved in many high-profile feuds, won the Royal Rumble, and headlined WrestleMania.

Her meteoric rise means that WWE can build the women’s division around her for years to come. Given the fact that she is just 33 years old, fans maybe yet to see the best of the EST.
