CM Punk returned to the Stamford-based promotion at Survivor Series in November. The Rock came back on the Flagship show this week. Plus, an old tag team reunited. This led to many pointing out that WWE had a 2011 reunion on the Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw on January 1.
All these returns and reunions also led a certain former WWE superstar to grow nostalgic and remember his old days in WWE, when he was a part of the promotion, just like Punk and Johnson currently are. This may be a possible hint of wanting to rejoin WWE as he also talked about his openness to be a part of the 2024 Royal Rumble.
