But even The Role Model can’t keep up her heel-ish character when it comes to looking out for friends.

When Liv Morgan was at risk of further injury, Bayley stepped in to save the same woman who she was wrestling with just a few weeks ago.

Bayley steps out of character to save the former champion from further injury

On the recent UpUpDownDown stream, we saw a bunch of superstars competing with one another in various video games. Hosted by Xavier Woods on YouTube channel, these competitions include both men and women superstars from WWE. When it was Morgan’s chance, there was a moment when Kofi Kingston was about to slap Morgan on the shoulder to hype her up, but Bayley promptly stepped in.

She put her hand between Kingston and Morgan and pointed it out so that Kingston would keep a lookout for it. Kingston also apologized for it, saying, “My bad.” If he would’ve slapped her shoulder, Morgan’s shoulder could have suffered more damage, keeping her out of action longer.

How did Liv Morgan suffer this injury in the first place?

A few weeks ago, in a Women’s tag team championship match, Bayley and Dakota Kai took on the champions, Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. In the match, Morgan faced a shoulder injury in the middle of the match. Understanding this Kai and Bayley suited their moves to apply as little damage to her shoulder.

But that led to Kai’s knee also getting injured in the process. In just one match, two wrestlers got injured. This in turn led to WWE stripping off the titles from the champions and scheduling a four-way tag title match. Neither Bayley nor Rodriguez was able to pick up the victory. Instead, the titles were won by Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler.
