Hulk Hogan surely has a huge impact on current generational professional wrestlers. However, it’s not just professional wrestlers, but many celebrities and sports persons who are huge fans of The Hulkster.

We saw a similar thing recently when Hogan’s iconic red and yellow gear debuted in MMA. An MMA athlete, cosplayed The Hulkster a few days back.

On October 1st, 2022, the Catchweight division fighters A.J. McKee, and Spike Carlyle, at Bellator 286. Surprisingly, ‘The Alpha Ginger,’ who was undefeated in the last five matches, entered cosplaying Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

They played the iconic entrance theme song of The Immortal One, ‘Real American’. Moreover, he wore the red and yellow gear for which we remember Hogan while he was having the most famous ultimate babyface run in WWE.

Carlyle entered the same as Hogan does. He flexed his biceps on the ramp and then walked in a similar way The Hulkster used to. Adding to that, the Bellator fighter can be seen singing the theme song while entering. Surely, he was enjoying every moment while cosplaying Hulk Hogan during the entrance.

However, The Alpha Ginger lost the fight in the third round after the unanimous decision. The last time he got defeated was in November 2020, against Bill Algeo. Surprisingly, that loss also came with a unanimous decision. Moreover, Bellator fined Carlyle 20% of their purse as they exceeded their category weight before the match.

Some more fans who loved the entrance and praised Spike Carlyle to being The Hulkster into the world of MMA.

Clearly, it is safe to say that Carlyle is a wrestling fan for a long time or else he wouldn’t be nearly perfect cosplaying The Hulkster. Moreover, after a rough few days, the Bellator fighter might have thought of surprising his fans and what can possibly be better than this entrance.

Nevertheless, irrespective of Carlyle having lost the fight, because of him we can assume the fans got to see the WWE Hall of Famer in the Octagon.

A few months back, Israel Adesanya made a grand entrance as The Undertaker at UFC 276. Surely, the bridge between WWE and MMA is getting shorter day by day.
