Pat Patterson once revealed that Andre drank extremely heavily, and even passed out inside a life once. However, he was a true legend, and even years after his death, his legacy still lives on.

However, while performing the body slam, Hogan suffered something unfortunate. Hogan tore his bicep while slamming the giant. The incident occurred at WrestleMania 3 and was completely unplanned. Lifting a man like Andre the Giant resulted in Hogan tearing off his biceps.
