Carmella Drops an Emotional Tribute for Her Unborn Babies, Whom She Lost Due to Miscarriages: “Today Is Our Angel Baby’s Due Date”

Miscarriages are painful, physically and mentally as well. WWE superstar Carmella (Leah Van Dale by birth) had to go through some tough times due to her abnormal pregnancies. Last year, she suffered not one but two miscarriages that left her heartbroken and in utter despair.

But she fought through those tough times and pulled her out from the grief that came with it. It has been eight months since she suffered her last miscarriage. And recently, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion went to her social media to pay a special tribute to her unborn children.

“I wanted to do something to honor them,” Carmella wrote

Going to her Instagram account, ‘The Princess of Staten Island’ shared a video of her releasing a balloon as a memorial for her unborn children that she lost last year in 2022. She also wrote a beautiful, heartwarming message for them in her recent post.

It was her second unborn baby’s due date on June 27. The date was a “little extra special” because it was also her late grandmother’s birthday, who she misses dearly. Therefore, she wrote something to honor their memories on the special date.

She wanted to remind herself that though they were no longer in this world; “they were very much real” and part of her life. She says that she knows both her unborn babies will look over their baby brother like guardian angels. Yes, after months of heartbreak and suffering, the 35-year-old star was finally blessed with the happiness of becoming a mother and she is having a boy.

‘The Princess of Staten Island’ is pregnant again

Earlier in May, Carmella announced her being pregnant again. She was very much thrilled to announce the news. She shared a bunch of pictures of herself showing her gorgeous baby bump standing alongside her dear husband, Corey Graves.

In her post, she also mentioned that her baby boy is due in November this year. It was one hell of a journey for the female WWE superstar and her husband. Losing a child can be devastating and we all saw how heartbroken the two miscarriages left her.

But she held on tight during her darkest hours and found some relief by sharing an incredibly hard journey online and connecting with women worldwide who shared the same fate as hers. She has always extended her support to all the women out there who had to endure what she did last year.
