Thanksgiving is here and WWE celebrities are assuming the task of helping their fans as much as possible. Cody Rhodes started off his holiday season by offering a little help to a young fan who wanted to see him live. None of it would have been possible without WWE’s Twitter post on Thanksgiving.

The Stamford-based company uploaded a tweet on the occasion of Thanksgiving. In the tweet, they asked fans to reply to whom they are thankful. A female fan then replied to the post by telling a short story about the little girl in the attached picture who is sitting in a wheelchair. The American Nightmare couldn’t help but offer his help to the fan.

The girl in the picture wanted to be present during WWE’s Holiday Tour in Detroit next month and her family is trying their hardest to get her there. Especially as Rhodes happens to be her favorite wrestler. Seeing this struggle, Rhodes jumped in with an offer to send them the tickets to be in Detroit in December. “I’ll be at the Boston show that evening – but if you want to go to Detroit, how many tickets? I got ya’,” said the former Stardust in the tweet.

The American Nightmare showed the world that he is in the holiday spirit already by offering kind help to a fan. Moreover, the promotion that he is a part of wasn’t too far behind either. In fact, WWE decided to donate large amounts of funds to service communities and NGOs in Chicago moving into the Survivor Series weekend.

Moving into the holiday season and Survivor Series weekend, WWE donates a lot of money to charitable organizations. In return, these communities would help the needy people with food as requested by the Stamford-based company.

In a tweet, the promotion mentioned that their goal was for around 100K meals to be fed in Chicago on the occasion of Thanksgiving. They even posted a video they shot with one of the communities while handing them over a championship belt to help the company complete this humane task.

In fact, ‘Common Pantry’, one of the organizations that WWE partnered with, revealed that the donated money would be used to offer around 40K meals. The spokesperson revealed how the wrestling company’s charity would help them feed the needy for two years straight.
