Months after going through the merging process, WWE signed a $21.4 Billion merger with Endeavor to form TKO Holdings. Vince McMahon went on to become an Executive member of the new board as combat sports underwent a tectonic shift.

More than a year back, McMahon had to leave the WWE Executive body due to the legal troubles he got himself involved in. Nevertheless, he came back unscathed to initiate a sale that could have massive ramifications for the business. However, it seems like his past issues might resurface and cause him trouble for his position on the TKO Board of Directors.

There were a few sexual allegations against Vince charged by some of his former female employees. WSJ reported that $12 million was transferred to four former WWE employees to silence McMahon’s misconduct. However, McMahon made a blockbuster return to his original post as his daughter left her role and the company altogether. However, new information has come to light on the potential consequences McMahon could face if the results of a federal investigation prove to be damning.

WrestleOps tweeted on X on 20 September with the caption, “The LA Times reports that depending on the potential findings in the ongoing government investigations, Vince McMahon could face criminal and/or civil liabilities that could prevent him from serving as an officer or director of a public company, as well as a clawback of any “ill-gotten gains.

If the charges are proven right, then McMahon might lose his position in the new company. But both he and WWE have put out statements that indicate their confidence in the case to be resolved without any hiccups.
