Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Joins Forces With the NFL to Make XFL the ‘Next Big Thing’ in Football

When two big names come together, there’s always a blast! And, when Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, announced XFL and NFL’s collaboration, all football players realized their dreams might just come true.

As it’s known, the NFL is tough to crack. Every child who plays football wants to become a part of the NFL someday, but it’s difficult. In fact, The Rock himself is an example of someone whose NFL dreams were crushed.

However, Dwayne Johnson does not give up on his dreams. He achieves them, by hook or by crook. So, now he is one of the owners of XFL. He took to social media to make a huge announcement about the XFL’s future.

“The whole idea about the XFL-NFL collaboration is to grow the game of football. The game that we all love, the game that we’re passionate about. Now, the XFL is joining forces with the NFL, with one goal in mind which is innovation opportunities to advance the game of football.”

Reportedly, XFL was going to become the NFL’s biggest competitor. Instead of being rivals, the two leagues shook hands and will work together to create a platform for the development and innovation of the game, along with helping the players nurture their skills.

Young Rock was left extremely disappointed when he couldn’t make it to the NFL. Little did he know someday he would be the one to kick off the Super Bowl!

Even The Rock revealed that opening the show made him feel as if he was finally a part of the NFL. And now, with XFL, The Rock is going to make a lot of football dreams come true for a plethora of athletes. It’s only a matter of time before XFL becomes ‘The Next Big Thing’ in the football world.
