WWE’s landscape has changed since Triple H has taken over creative control. The fans love the new product and the ratings are growing in an upward direction daily.

Surely, Hunter’s creative control has made WWE’s product reborn. Recently, a former WWE top official praised The Cerebral Assassin for his work in a non-wrestling role in WWE.

A few days back, former VP of All Sponsorship Sale at WWE, Rob Kligman appeared in an exclusive interview with our Essentially Rasslin Podcast. He recalled the time when he worked with Triple H in NXT. Moreover, he also praised HHH for his current work in WWE.

Kligman said, “Yes, I think you got somebody who, what we talked about with him being part of NXT and sort of creating something out of nothing. He’s got years of experience of being a superstar and I think that makes a big difference, being to reflect back to his days of being a superstar in one of the greatest tag teams probably ever to live. And being able to bring that information and that creativeness to today’s landscape.”

He added, “Because you have to remember also, people are getting their content in so many different ways and a lot of times it’s very snackable content. They want it quick, they want it on their platform. So you have to distribute that across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, etc to make sure you’re getting that fan and getting that fan as a younger person as well.”

Indeed, what Kligman said is true as The Game has made a vast difference in the product of WWE. One of the most important aspects of current programming is Triple H’s hidden storylines on the show.

Shawn Michaels brings great value to WWE’s product alongside Triple H 

While singing the words of praise for Triple H, our host also asked Rob Kligman his views about Shawn Michaels. Kligman said that he never got to work with HBK. However, he called Michaels a great scholar of the WWE storyline.

He said, “Having somebody of that stature again parallel with Triple H is only gonna help the company.”

The WWE Hall of Famer currently looks after most of the NXT brand of WWE. Kligman called HBK to have a mindset perspective and bring tremendous value to the storylines of WWE. The fans have witnessed some of the storylines produced by Michaels.

As of now, they promote Shawn Michaels to Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative. With this job role, ‘The Show Stopper’ handles both creative and development at NXT, and to expand NXT UK into NXT Europe in 2023.
