SummerSlam 2023 saw a confused ending as fans saw a returning Jimmy Uso turn his back on his twin brother Jey Uso during his bout against Roman Reigns. The latest episode of WWE SmackDown saw Jimmy Uso explain Jey Uso behind his attack.

However, things would take a shocking turn, when Jey Uso would super-kick both Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso down, before announcing his resignation from WWE. Jey Uso recently quit WWE, and fans believe this to be a work, and all kayfabe.

Is a Jey Uso versus Jimmy Uso match coming up at WrestleMania 40?

As Jey Uso announced his departure from WWE, fans started speculating about a future match-up between the two twin brothers. WWE itself produced and uploaded the video of Jey Uso quitting which further proved this to be kayfabe. Since, last year when Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of WWE, the company removed all evidence of them from the promotion.

WrestleMania 40 is scheduled to be held in Philadelphia, also known as, the ‘City of Brotherly Love‘. And as soon as the news of his quitting spread, fans started wondering about the outcome and the possible bout between the two brothers.

However, this left Roman Reigns with a void for his championship defenses. With Survivor Series coming up, fans wonder if Seth Rollins versus Roman Reigns is again in work.

Jimmy Uso also did not choose any side, and WWE would be looking forward to building him as a singles superstar.

Fans react to Jey Uso quitting WWE, possibly setting up a match between him and Jimmy Uso

As soon as WWE uploaded the video of Jey Uso quitting, fans gathered around and started reacting to it. Fans from different parts of the world crowded the internet and started stating their opinion on the future match between them.

Both Jey and Jimmy Uso are exceptionally talented wrestlers. Each of them had also expressed their opinion of facing each other at WrestleMania, and it finally seems to come true. As WrestleMania 40 approaches, fans are now on the edge of their seats looking forward to see the twins beat each other to a pulp.
