The star in question is WWE’s Celtic Warrior, Sheamus. According to WWE, the star deserved the title of the match of the year along with Gunther and Drew McIntyre for their triple threat Intercontinental title match at WrestleMania 39. Following this news, he posted a tweet on X (formerly Twitter) celebrating and hinting at a possible future win.

This was the second consecutive time he had won the title. However, the chances of him winning the title in 2024 might be slim. The reason is that the star’s contract is set to expire in early 2024. Apart from that, there are no updates on whether WWE will be renewing his contract. But this tweet might be a hint that the two parties might be in talks right now.
