Former WWE Rival Promotion Shockingly Releases Everyone Amid Major Issues

ROH Wrestling is one of the wrestling promotions that have been working to keep pro-wrestlers employed, even during the pandemic. However, good things do not last long, and strategies change.
Reportedly, ROH is releasing all pro-wrestlers from their contracts by the end of the year. The promotion released an official statement where it clarified why the company is doing this, and before the release, there will be a final battle.
“The year will culminate with a Final Battle in December, and we will be taking the first quarter of 2022 to work internally to reimagine ROH. ROH has the most dedicated fans in the industry, and we appreciate their loyalty and patience as we reconceptualize ROH.”

Ring of Honor has scheduled The Final Battle for December 11th at the UMBC Events Center in Baltimore.

However, any wrestler whose contract is valid beyond the year will reportedly get paid until the end of March.
