Professional wrestlers give it their all and sacrifice many things to achieve success. Aside from all the training, the superstars are constantly on the road. Traveling can sometimes be hectic and a real headache as the pro-wrestlers often face problems like improper hotel rooms, missing luggage, etc. while traveling.

Recently, former WWE superstar Franky Monet, also known as Taya Valkyrie, shared an incident that happened while she was at a hotel. The incident happened with her at the hotel in Brownsville, Texas on Saturday around 05:00 PM.

Valkyrie checked in to the hotel room and was getting ready in the washroom for a meet and greet. She heard some noise but thought it was from the hallway, but then she heard someone talking about her glasses and purse.

Valkyrie came out of the bathroom and saw a man coming inside her room halfway through the window. She shared the incident on her Twitter saying, “Be safe everyone.”

She rushed towards the man and ran him away. Then she took her purse and went towards the lobby. Later, the hotel employee realize the window lock was broken and shifted her to the room on the third floor. Anything could have happened there in the room. Hopefully, she saw the burglar halfway through the window and reacted to it quickly.

Valkyrie was shocked after this incident and out of safety for other travelers posted about the same. She told everyone to check the hotel rooms after checking in. Valkyrie also thanked the hotel staff and the promoter for their quick action over the situation.

What is Taya Valkyrie up to post WWE?

Taya Valkyrie made her WWE debut as Franky Monet on NXT in February 2021. She had some matches on the yellow brand. Unfortunately, she was released from her WWE contract in the same year in November.

Taya Valkyrie had made a suitable career at Impact Wrestling and Lucha Libre AAA prior to WWE. She returned to Mexico on Lucha Libre AAA a month after her WWE release.
