Gunther joins Roman Reigns on the list of superstars who had year-long reigns with two different championships while on the WWE roster. The Tribal Chief has successfully defended the WWE Championship title for 416 days since his victory over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 on April 3, 2022, and has held the Universal Championship for over 1000 days. Gunther meanwhile added his current Intercontinental title reign to his impressive run as NXT UK Champion, which lasted for nearly 900 days.
