WWE Superstar and former World Champion AJ Styles has had a rough 2020. The ‘Phenomenal One’ was buried alive by the Undertaker at the recent WrestleMania, and he fumbled the ‘Money in The Bank’ briefcase to Otis. In his ‘Mixer’ live stream, the Superstar opens up about his recent experiences.

AJ Styles first explained that he dropped the MITB briefcase because of his gloves had worn off, but that was not his most memorable moment in the match. His favorite encounter was the one with Daniel Bryan and Vince McMahon. The Superstars ended up in Vince’s office, where they were kicked out by their boss for disturbing him and fighting in the office. While this went down, a T-Rex head decorated the background. AJ said,

That was his shoot office. That was a real T-Rex head because he’s Vince McMahon and I have no doubt it was a real T-Rex head. People can say what they want about Vince McMahon, good or bad, but I can tell you he’s a stud. He works all night, works out at 3 in the morning, then he’s up early at work. He’s a machine. He’s a different human being, which is probably why he’s the position he’s in financially.

AJ’s praise for Vince McMahon seems to be accurate. Vince reportedly performed a dive from the balcony during WrestleMania rehearsal for Rob Gronkowski. He also worked hard for XFL’s relaunch and the NFL alternative was successful until the coronavirus pandemic, which forced XFL to file for bankruptcy. Vince has maintained good health and is still an active part of WWE tapings. The old man still hustles and is an essential part of WWE’s creative.

AJ Styles explains him being alive

Later in the stream, AJ talked about the cinematic matches. To explain how he is alive after being buried, Styles stated that dead people can come back from those matches. This vague explanation justified his much-needed return to Monday Night Raw.

Recently, WWE also killed Mysterio and Aleister Black by having them thrown from the top of the headquarters. But they remained alive because apparently they didn’t fall to the ground.
