The sudden demise of the Hall of Famer, The Iron Sheik, saddened the wrestling world. Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri passed away at the age of 81. Famously called the Sheiky Baby, he dedicated 50 years of his life to wrestling. Sheikh had the most colorful presence on the screen and entertained his fans. The Iron Sheik became one of the WWE’s most popular performers. He won the world heavyweight championship in December 1983 and the tag team championships in 1985.

Hours after his death, McCool shared an Instagram story that aimed to shed light on the true message behind the Sheik’s frequent use of controversial language. In her story McCool shared an old tweet of The Iron Sheik which read, “TAKE A MINUTE OF YOUR DAY TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE YOU DUMB SON OF A B***H.”

Michelle captioned the post by writing, Excuse the ‘B’ word, but if you were around him, even once, you can hear him saying this and meaning it….” take a minute of your day to be nice to someone”!#ripsheikh
