Apart from Johnson, the company is co-owned by his former wife Dany Garcia, her present husband Dave Rienzi and other business partner John Shulman. The company has an active partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company.

According to a report by Benzinga, the Chicago based multinational is looking to invest more money in Johnson’s company. This will enable the ZOA founders to opt for a more aggressive campaign, thus facilitating more sales.

While the exact amount invested by Molson Coors remains undisclosed, the new agreement will see them continue as ZOA’s exclusive distribution partner and take up a place on its board.

A press release stated that the energy drink is available at more than 42,000 retail locations across the US and Canada. ZOA also reported $100 million in sales last year and a 138% year-over-year growth.

While these developments will bring a smile to Johnson’s face, there are also reports emerging from Hollywood that’ll see the creases on the forehead increase.
