Trish Stratus showed her wrath on Monday Night Raw on 04/17. The female wrestler revealed an unexpected detail about a recent incident involving her WrestleMania teammate Lita. Stratus gave away the fact that she was the one who injured Lita. The heel turn could have been surprising to some of her fans. Moreover, during her speech at RAW, she also targeted her other teammate.

Stratus trash-talked Becky Lynch regarding her WWE presence. The former champion recently appeared on a podcast. Talking to Corey Graves, Stratus was asked why she was so fired up during her heel-turn moment. She then explained the real reason for targeting Lynch.

Stratus has been a successful face in WWE’s female division. Because of this, when she made a return to WWE after three years, she expected it to be perfect. However, according to Stratus, Lynch ruined it for her by not being excited enough.

In the podcast, the former champion revealed that since their WrestleMania showcase was a multi-generational match, it ‘excited’ her. Stratus said, “I was fully aware. Just the WrestleMania match itself was an interesting dynamic, right? We had this multi-generational face off and you have the past, the present, and the future.”

The only complaint that she had was that Lynch did not seem excited enough to work with her. “Being there with Becky and seeing that there was no moment of acknowledgment and there was no recognizing how special this was and it kind of irked me, to be honest, a little bit,” confessed the 47-year-old wrestler.

Stratus also disclosed her reasoning for her aggressive speech against Lynch and probably for her heel turn as well. She explained in her Monday Night speech that she is nobody’s sidekick but her very own boss. Despite Lynch’s lack of excitement, she understands her place too.

She hypothesizes that ‘The Man’ was busy focusing on the match and never got the chance to appreciate the iconic nature of the match. “I’m all about real recognizing real. So that’s why for me, Becky to me is like top-tier, man. She is amazing. She’s the number one female to me in the current landscape. So, that’s kind of what I was looking forward to,” complimented Stratus while stating her expectations from Lynch.

Around the same time as Monday Night Raw, Becky Lynch blacked out her Twitter account. This concerned her WWE fans. However, after taking into account Stratus’ heel turn, it could be possible that this was the part where Lynch wanted to play up her character in real life too. The blackout could have been a way of expressing her grief for Stratus’ betrayal.
