Bullet Club Member Wants John Morrison to Win WWE Championship

John Morrison and The Miz are undoubtedly two of the most entertaining wrestlers in WWE right now. However, fans often seem to forget how good both superstars are in the ring. However, Bullet Club member Chris Bey has not forgotten it.
Now The Miz is out of in-ring action due to an injury he sustained. Hence it would be a great opportunity for “Johnny Drip Drip” to embark on singles competition. He was a contender in the MITB Ladder match but Big E ultimately won the match and the contract.

The former one-time X Division Champion tweeted before Impact’s Thursday show, “I just wanna see John Morrison win the WWE Title.” Morrison or WWE is yet to respond.
For those who don’t know, Morrison is a four-time world champion, winning the ECW World, AAA Mega, Impact World, and Lucha Underground Championship once each. He is also a three-time Intercontinental Champion and six-time Tag champion. Check Bey’s tweet below –

Now coming back to Chris Bey. Bey is currently signed to Impact Wrestling and is also a member of the infamous Bullet Club. This week on Impact, Bullet Club leader and New Japan NEVER Openweight Champion Jay White extended the membership offer to Bey.
The latter accepted the offer when he saved White from an attack from The Elite. Bey and White will face Impact Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers in a non-title match next Thursday.

John Morrison returned to WWE in 2020
Morrison left WWE in 2011 due to various injuries and creative differences. Then, he wrestled in various independent promotions, including Lucha Underground, Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, and Impact Wrestling.
As we mentioned earlier, he won the World Championship in the latter promotions, After Morrison made quite a name for himself on the indie scene, he returned to WWE in early 2020.

He teamed up with old friend The Miz on SmackDown and won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship from the New Day. Morrison even defended the Tag Titles all by himself at WrestleMania 36.
In this year’s WrestleMania Miz and Morrison lost Damian Priest and Bad Bunny. Although he has defeated significant opponents such as Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Morrison is yet to get a World title run.
Many fans alongside Chris Bey want Morrison to get a title opportunity soon. Hopefully, their pleas will resonate with WWE, and we will see Morrison win his first World title in WWE.
