An important element of the WWE WrestleMania Premium Live Events is the celebrity spots. At WrestleMania 38, Johnny Knoxville was the celebrity who faced WWE Superstar Sami Zayn.
The fact that Johnny Knoxville is a co-creator of the MTV stunt show “Jackass” was evident from the match. The entire match had elements that looked straight out of the show. There were multiple amazing moments that no one could have predicted, and Sami Zayn had to deal with it all by himself.
First, Zayn had to deal with Party Boy and The Wee Man interfering during the match. While he could handle Party Boy, The Wee Man got the better of Zayn with a slam.

Now, when the match started, Zayn was dominating and looked like he would win easily. But, he got into a verbal altercation with Knoxville’s crew, and Knoxville capitalized on a distracted Zayn by spraying him with a fire extinguisher.
However, Zayn quickly recovered from it, but the tricks didn’t stop there.
Johnny Knoxville caught Sami Zayn off-guard throughout the match
As the match continued, Zayn tried to fetch something from underneath the ring and caught his fingers in a mousetrap. Upon investigation, he found a table laid out with mousetraps underneath. He pulled it out and set it at ring-side, but unfortunately, that backfired as it was Zayn who went through it.
Next, there was a moment during the match when Zayn was running away from Knoxville because he had a stun gun. Unfortunately for Zayn, he ran into a giant hand which smacked him to the floor!

Another moment during the match, which got the better of the WWE Superstar, was a peculiar machine. It had a foot attached to it, and Knoxville used that to execute a low-blow on Zayn.
Additionally, Johnny Knoxville had a sly trick up his sleeves which stopped Zayn from taking a jump from the top ropes. As Zayn set himself in a position to jump, Knoxville set off a pyro from the turnbuckles, forcing Zayn to get off.

He sat against the ring post, and Knoxville rolled a bowling ball towards him, which decapitated him further.
Finally, Johnny Knoxville secured the victory with a giant mousetrap. His crew dragged it into the ring, and Knoxville pressed down on Sami Zayn while the referee counted to three.
