Trinity, aka Naomi, to her WWE fans, joined TNA in April 2023 and had already gotten the push she always deserved. This led to her winning the Knockouts World Championship belt in 2023 after her victory over Deonna Purrazzo at the IMPACT Slammiversary. However, her 180-day title reign has finally come to an end. In her recent match against Jordynne Grace, she finally dropped the belt, giving Grace her third title reign.
In the match, Trinity powered Grace up with a sit-out powerbomb, and that turned into a Starstruck. However, Grace stood up with the Starstruck still applied, pivoting it into a German suplex followed by a spinning back fist. And before you know it, she finished the match with the Juggernaut Driver for the win.

Where is Sasha Banks headed?
It has been more than a year since Trinity’s WWE partner, Mercedes Varnado, aka Sasha Banks, left the WWE. And while there have been several rumors and speculations around her return, nothing has been confirmed so far. But one update that keeps on coming is that both AEW and WWE have been in a bidding war to bring the ‘Boss’ to grace their rings.
While the idea of her joining AEW seems to be the generally accepted one, one cannot count WWE out of the race, as per renowned wrestling publication PWInsider.com. Providing an update on the signing saga surrounding the ‘Boss’, they revealed, “The last thing heard (which was around Christmas week) was that communications have opened between WWE and the former Sasha Banks about a potential return.”
