After the reckless amount of shocking releases during the COVID period, we did not think that there would be more. But Triple H surprised us when WWE announced that they released Mandy Rose, the former NXT Women’s Champion. Also, this news broke out after she had recently lost her title at NXT just one day ago. So, understandably, the WWE Universe needed an answer.

While neither Rose nor WWE announced any details about the releases, Fightful Select published a report on the reasons for her release. They reported that the reason for her release was her FanTime account. Some promoters wanted her out of the company because of the content on her page. It is also not clear if it was Rose that walked out or if WWE fired her for her actions.

Fans celebrate Mandy Rose and her career in NXT after she says her farewell on Twitter

While WWE might not have released any statement about her release, Rose had a few words to say about her career in NXT. Thanking the WWE Universe, Rose was grateful for everything that she was able to do at the top of the mountain in NXT.

But while Rose might have kept it to only 2 words, her fans filled the comments with a massive appreciation for her work.
