And his conversation wouldn’t have been complete without mentioning John Cena and The Rock. Without hemming and hawing he said, “I don’t know if The Rock is ready for the Waller Effect. He’s been away for a while. I’m already helping out John Cena.”

My back is sore from carrying these legends!”  Notably, Waller seemed unconvinced by both legends. However, he thought that he played a crucial role in carrying legends like Cena and Johnson.
