 According to the website GiantFreakinRobot, the movie is a sci-fi adventure movie. Ridley Scott is currently in talks to helm the movie while 20th Century Studios is producing it. Many WWE fans are excited as it is reminiscent of The Rock guest starring in Season 6 of Star Trek: Voyager’s episode ‘Tsunkatse.’ The Rock played a gladiator in the episode that fought and defeated Jeri Ryan’s Seven of Nine. 

The movie will be the first collaboration between Robbie and The Rock. This would have happened if Black Adam did not bomb at the box office, leading to the DCEU being rebooted. Robbie gained worldwide fame as the fem fatal Harley Quinn in the DCU, while The Rock played the Teth Adam in Black Adam. However, with the reboot moving forward, chances of seeing the two share a screen in the DCEU are highly unlikely.

Coming off the success of the Barbie movie, Robbie has a net worth of $40 million. The movie’s critics praised the actress and the story as a breath of fresh air in cinema. The last outing after Black Adam for The Rock was an uncredited cameo appearance in Fast X. He reprised his role as his iconic character Luke Hobbs during the end credits scene of the movie.

Nevertheless, the Wolf of Wall Street actor’s passion for WWE could be rekindled by working with Johnson.

Starlight will feature The Rock playing Captain Alex Vega. The plot explores the mission the crew is on in the cosmos. The mission will feature wonders and dangers of the cosmos beyond our imagination. Robbie is set to play the villain of the movie Isabella that the crew will encounter on their journey. Neither of the two actors has even played lead roles in sci-fi adventure movies, and this will be the first for both.

However, Robbie has starred opposite WWE wrestler before, with her previous co-star being John Cena. The duo teamed up for the Suicide Squad, where Cena played Peacemaker. During an interview, Robbie mentioned that she loved watching The Undertaker and Cena growing up. She went on to say that she was a fan of the WWE. This is a brand-new venture for The Rock and Robbie, and WWE fans cannot wait to see the two on screen.
