Reigns had to let go of last year’s WrestleMania because of the increasing infections caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this year, he is doing everything to “maximize his potential.”
Currently, he is working on the Yoda 3 Training with the reputed bodybuilder Neil Hill. Reigns told People magazine he does not intend to stop anytime soon.

“I told Neil when we first met over a year ago, that I want to grind it out for the next 15 years,” The 35-Year-old said about his retirement plans. “I want to maximize my potential for the next 15 years. And I told him, ‘This is who I am, as a performer, as a talent, but I also am a father, I’m a husband. I wear all these different hats.’ And man, we’ve been on an unbelievable journey thus far.”

Reigns cited “discipline” as his biggest motivator. Even when the gyms were shut down during the pandemic, he continued working out.
“I definitely advise that to anyone who is on that day-to-day discipline struggle, where it’s like man, even if you can’t motivate yourself, create a space to where you just do it because you know you have to do it,” Reigns says.
Roman Reigns is getting more family time thanks to the pandemic
The pandemic has shut down all public and live gatherings in America. Although this might be bad for business, but thanks to this, wrestlers can spend some time with family than being on the road every week.
“The Tribal Chief” of WWE is known to be a family man. As WWE ThunderDome is now in Florida (compared to weekly cross-country travels), Reigns gets a chance to be with his family more.

“Due to having the availability and the lack of travel, I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to just invest so much more time in my relationship with my wife and my family,” says Reigns, married to his wife Galina Becker, since 2014. “It’s going to make you a better individual if your team is untouchable and is extremely strong.”
Reigns (who is also reading more nowadays) says he has a few goals. Those are “to better myself mentally and physically, and also strengthen all of my relationships with my loved ones.”
