Pro wrestling requires a lot of effort to portray one character, now imagine being a list of different characters. That’s what Windham Rotunda aka Bray Wyatt did on WWE. On the latest episode of WWE After the Bell, Seth Freakin Rollins was present and commemorated Wyatt’s personality, and explained why he thinks The Fiend is at par with The Undertaker.

Rollins, who had a feud with Wyatt for the Universal title, heaped praise on Wyatt and called him an innovator.

While talking with Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick from After the Bell, Rollins told what he liked about Wyatt as a performer. He said, “Yeah in a million ways that guy was a throwback to an older day, you know he really was. As a person he was and as a performer,” saying that Wyatt’s way of portraying characters was by the old school method.

He explained Wyatt’s approach was in fact unique with his characters being completely innovative.

He further added that it was something like what The Undertaker used to do in his earlier days. According to Rollins, Wyatt used to captivate the audience so perfectly that even he thought that it was beyond impossible.

To be able to suspend your audience in disbelief and captivate them the way Bray Wyatt characters did was unbelievable to a point I personally didn’t know it was possible,” stating the incredible feat Wyatt pulled off. Later on, he said that he didn’t believe it could work as Wyatt’s characters were so far removed from reality. But he as a performer took the risk in front of the audience with a lot of confidence in himself.

He concluded by saying, “Man what a risk taker what an innovator. There just no way there not enough superlatives for Windham Rotunda”, implying that even The Visionary found himself falling short as a performer in front of Wyatt.

Wyatt was a fan-favorite performer and the list of the personas he took has kept fans hooked. But his one performance was something which struck fear even in the hearts of his fans.

Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend

The Fiend made his debut in 2019 on the July 19th edition of RAW. He attacked Finn Bolar and used the Mandible Claw, a move used by Mick Folley’s character The Mankind. In the beginning, fans used to compare The Fiend and Mankind. Later on, they realized that the former character is very different and far more dangerous as compared to Mankind.

Apart from The Fiend, he also portrayed the character The Eater of Worlds. It came into existence after the fall of The Wyatt family. Wyatt also portrayed Huscus the Pig, a character on the WWE’s Firefly Fun House segments. This character was a mix of his old persona Husky Harris and Bray Wyatt. The character was eerie but fans had fun watching him.
