They are still close friends to this day

Reigns and Rollins have had successful WWE runs since the splitting of The Shield. Reigns is the current WWE Universal Champion in his third year, while Rollins is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Unfortunately, Ambrose, who now goes by the name Jon Moxley, did not have that much success. During his last year in the WWE, Ambrose had lackluster matches before asking for his release from the company in 2019.

Despite leaving the company and working with AEW, Ambrose is still close with Rollins and Reigns. Ambrose even used Rollins’ signature finisher, The Curb Stomp, on Adam Page in the Texas Deathmatch at AEW Revolution in 2023.
