Dominik Mysterio doesn’t seem to have the best relationship with his father on-screen. In fact, the hatred is so deeply rooted that the two will go ahead to face each other in a match at WrestleMania. Fans have been entertained by the drama this storyline is giving out and will await its likely culmination at WrestleMania 39.

The build up to their match has been highlighted by Dominik Mysterio being a thorn in his father’s side and crashing Thanksgiving and Christmas at Mysterios’ family house last year. And in a recent interview, Dominik may have even more sinister plans come another holiday this year.

Dominik Mysterio plans on destroying his parents

In an interview with ‘Fightful’, Rey Mysterio’s son revealed his sinister plans for the Independence Day holiday. “There’s a holiday for everything. It honestly just depends on her availability. If Rhea is available, then she’s usually the one that gives me the heads up because I want no part of my family,” said the wrestler. Dom Dom holds Rhea Ripley accountable for their evil yet hilarious plans.

Is Dominik Mysterio avenging his past inconvenience?

This isn’t the first time that Dominik has tried to ruin a festival for his parents. One of the most infamous ones includes the Christmas drama in the Mysterio family. When the young couple decided to show up at the Mysterio residence, they were not welcome.

The 25-year-old was about to be slapped by his mother when Ripley stopped her hand and received a swing at her face instead while Dominik was “arrested.”

Yet again on Valentine’s day, the young couple’s special night was ruined when the masked wrestler and his wife occupied their reserved table in a fancy restaurant. The night went downhill from that moment.

So, WrestleMania 39 could be the culmination of their in-ring feud, but Dominik Mysterio seems keen to take the storyline beyond that and already has some plans.
