It is not an easy task to make a name for oneself in WWE and be recognizable years after retirement. While there are many stars who accomplished a lot and became popular, others gained notoriety due to their appearance or a particular feud. One such former superstar is A-Train, who once had a feud in WWE with Brock Lesnar. Recently, Matt Bloom aka A-Train was seen during a heated confrontation on WWE NXT.

Matt Bloom, who we famously know from his various in-ring names in WWE, was a seasoned performer for the company. During his 17 years as an active pro wrestler, he battled against several huge names like ‘The Beast Incarnate’ and The Undertaker.

Whatever the case in the past, many of the fans didn’t know he was still with the promotion till they saw him in the NXT segment.

There was a heated confrontation between Shawn Michaels and Grayson Waller after the 32-year-old lost against Tyler Bate. Waller came back after a week of suspension for getting into an argument with Michaels but was at it once again.

To pacify the situation, Bloom, who has been a WWE trainer for a while, came to the rescue. He separated them and calmed things down. His appearance on camera left fans in utter shock. They were stunned to see the former Prince Albert, and their reactions on social media were enough to prove it.

This must have been a surprise to the WWE Universe to encounter the former WWF Intercontinental Champion who once gave a tough fight to The Conqueror. Even though he wasn’t the most decorated star on the roster, his experience of the squared circle will surely help the upcoming wrestlers as A-train has taken a new role in the business and serves as a head coach at WWE’s Performance Center.
